Our Hope’s Edge Gin is made with local apples, cranberries and a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg. This gin is delicious in mulled cider as well as in a G&T.

Hope’s Edge Gin Tonica No. 6

1.5 oz. Hope’s Edge Gin
3 oz. Fever Tree Tonic

Garnish with an apple slice & lemon peel. Serve in goblet with lots of ice.

Orchard Mule

1.5 oz. Hope’s Edge Gin
1 oz. fresh lime juice
2 oz. ginger beer
dash Angostura bitters

Build in a Collins glass over ice with a lime garnish
