We have rested our Gin in ex-bourbon barrels for a year to produce a truly unique gin. The flavors of lavender and lemon melt into sweet honey flavors on the nose before a crisp juniper finish. Perfect for sipping or mixing. This gin is proof that good things come to those who wait!

TASTY COCKTAIL SUGGESTION

1 1/2oz Barrelled Glendarragh Gin
1oz honey simple syrup
1oz fresh lemon juice

Shake, strain and serve into a coupe glass, use lemon twist as garnish.
