Infused with locally harvested blueberries and rhubarb to give a fresh fruit forward gin that leaves juniper in the backseat. This taste of Maine summer is perfect for enjoying the warm days of harvest and the cool evenings of fall.

TASTY COCKTAIL SUGGESTIONS

Black and Blue Bramble

2oz Longfield Gin
1oz Lemon Juice
2 sugar cubes
2oz Blackberries
2oz Blueberries

Muddle the sugar cubes, blueberries and blackberries with the lemon juice in a shaker with ice, shake vigorously. In a rocks glass pour the gin over ice, strain shaker into the rocks glass and stir gently, add blueberries and blackberries to garnish.

1.5oz Longfield Gin
3oz Fevertree aromatic bitters

Garnish with frozen rhubarb and lemon peel
