Made with our friends in Orono we brewed delicious imperial stout with spirits distilled from grain and blueberries flavored with hops finished in bourbon barrels. This well travelled spirit with chocolate notes celebrates collaboration, good fellowship and good times.
Amaro di Truciola
We have worked with a Camden bartending legend to bring his secret bitter recipe to the big stage. Amaro is an age-old tradition in Italy, served chilled as a digestif, after a sumptuous meal. Well-balanced flavors of dried fennel, lemon, thyme, orange rind, and vanilla with bitter notes and luxurious honeyed texture.
Cushnoc Brewing Co. Whiskey
We have collaborated with our friends at Cushnoc Brewing Co., on the banks of Kennebec to make an extremely small single barrel release Barley fermented with Belgian yeast and transported to the distillery and aged in Apple Brandy barrels to produce a delicious whisky. This whisky celebrates collaboration, good fellowship and good times.
